At AJ's Care, we are committed to processing and delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1- 7 business days (excluding weekends and holiday's). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping cost are calculated at check out based on your location and selected shipping method.
Tacking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at check out. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
