Well I watched her video on how to use it, and she explained to me in a personal message more about how to use her product, which was very helpful, have used it once so far and like the smell even though it's all natural, it's still pleasant odor, after leaving it in my hair for a few hours as AJ suggested I was able to brush through my hair with ease, absolutely no tangles.
